I've always thought it amazing that Haydn wrote so much of his music in New Jersey, but I wouldn't want to hear a 50-minute Haydn quintet. (Not really a heavenly length kind of guy…)
Yeah, but 25 minutes of that would just be a big G.P. between the trio and the minuet recap, just to confuse everybody.
